wow really late reply, im sorry. All my hats are ENTIRELY sewn. so how I sew certain parts may be a secret to me but I can tell you that nothing is glued. all 3d parts are also not heavy because they need to not make the hat fall off the head so the stitching is not affected by the weight of the 3d elements. hope that answered you!
